One thing I love about the LFA sound is how nuanced it is depending on the RPM. Same thing goes for a GT3. It’s something that turbocharged engines will never be able to touch.

As a Lexus owner I always love seeing an LFA on this channel. I love how this owner has underglow. Like, how unlikely is that? One of the rarest, most valuable Japanese sports cars ever, and it has freakin' underglow. I love that.

I will never not watch an LFA drive video, even if its just a highway cruise....Love the alternate take on content showing the "mundane" use of a supercar instead of the usual hoonery, as much as I love that stuff its cool to see and hear what these cars do just....being normal

the sound and the paddle shift clicking sound is too satisfying to hear at night cruising, you don't need music in that car because the car itself is the instrument playing music!!!!

For NA V10 high revving car is not that bad. Theoretically this car would hit limiter in 6th gear at around 238 mph. 3200rpm at 80 mph, 6400 rpm at 160, 9500 rpm (fuel cut off) at 238 mph.

Great video as always.Wow, an LFA drive on 95/128 at Highland Ave in Needham. (You-Do-It-Electronics). Looked like the traffic wasn't too bad. My weapon of choice on that road would be an old Buick Estate Wagon with the power tailgate rear window that retracts into the roof. (Land shark).

That built in navigation generation is my favorite one, especially compared to Lexus’ current gen. Looks like the same one as the 2021 and prior GX, the last of the “classic” nav systems it seems for Lexus. It just works. No cloud subscriptions. Still use the one in my 2002 LX470 which looks similar in UI.

Both LFA and the LC500 are what I'd count as the "I never saw that coming" as the old rich golfer brand that has THAT soundtrack. 9:03 I can attest to that, sitting at idle in my Moms 2019 RAM it feels like I'm around a slow centrifugal setting on an out of balance washer with the whole truck shaking, feels and sounds broken, that's with 4 rather than 5.

I love the way half way through design Lexus scrapped the shell to make it carbon fibre. That’s not profiteering, that’s costing them more to ensure the car was perfect. It might not have been a success, but look at how it is looked upon now.

I think underglow is really cool and looks good on the lfa. Fake antilag/pop and bangs that most cars have nowadays is way more ricer than underglow, they sound terrible.

There's a lot to criticize about the LFA, horrible headlights, lack of phone plug in, no cupholders, stupid-expensive pricetag. But honestly, all the negativity get drowned out by the sound of that incredible V10. I would be honored for the privilege of driving one someday.

Shortly after the LFA first came out, I saw one dropping somebody off at the train station in my hometown. I wasn't super into cars at the time, so I assumed it was a base 911 competitor. Totally didn't appreciate it at the time.
