I think the pressure washer they are using is too powerful for ac. I clean my outdoor unit with shakti s5 pressure washer and most of the ac fins got bend. So i want to know how was urs.. did u check the outdoor unit fins. If so then plz update about it.

LG ki service depend karti hai kaun se month me service kiya ja raha ho, AC warranty me hai ya nahi or location. Mera bhi same LG Dual inverter AC hai. Maine is month AC service kiya Kolkata me. Ye log just ake thoda sa service karke doosre jagah jane ke liye ready rahate hain. Inke liye target full karna hai. Mera Warranty me hai. Isliye inko koi paisa nahi milega. Isliye aur bhi bekar kam kiya hai. Warranty me AC service bekar hota hai. April to August me AC service bekar hota hai. Chahe koi bhi company ka AC service ho. Isliye Kabhi bhi kisi ko Extended Warranty/AMC nahi karni chaiye.

In 2021, I purchased 1 LG LEd Tv, 1 LG refrigerator and 1 LG SPLIT 2 tonn AC. Just after 1 year, the indoor unit of AC started leakaging water very badly. I contact LG and they sent a technician who said there is a problem with pipe installation, though it was LG who installed it. The technician then did something with pipe, bad went away with happy code. But after few days the same leakage started. Then winter season started and we kept AC off. Now this year again water is coming from the indoor AC. I don't know what to do. But one thing I can say that LG dont have good technician for AC installation. Even the technician said that sir, next time don't call LG, just call me directly. I found this also very unprofessional. In last I can only say that NEVER BUY a LG product 👎👎👎👎👎

water leakage ac ka prblm nhi hain bhai.. installation thik se na krne se aisa hota hain.. using LG inverter ac from last 8yrs.. till the date there is no single issue.. and i found inverter ac ke segment mein LG BEST OF BEST hain..
