Thank you so much. Your video helped a lot. My process was completely different but backup file helped me. I had a phone from Verizon with everything blocked and unavalible. For people who can't access 'Select to speak', 'youtube', or 'google chrome', or 'lg mobile switch' and can't allow install from unknown sources. You need SD card + simcard with PIN. Pre-download lg backup file (same file like in this video) and quick shortcut maker app to your SD card. 1. Turn on phone 2. insert slot with SIM and SD card. Phoe will ask for SIM PIN. 3. Enter SIM PIN. Phone will show you a screenlock. 4. Pulldown the notification message (slide finger to the bottom of the screen). This will open notification panel 5. Click on 1st icon at the left to make a screenshot. At the opened window clicked "T" button at the top. Then 3 dots at the right. Then selected "Insert" from the menu 6. Select "location". Phone will open LG Maps gui. Select any location and click attach. 7. Then you'll see URL for maps location. Click on it and select open. This will open google maps. 8. At the google maps choose any location with a phone. Then click phone to call 9. At the diler click on mic icon and say 'open google' or 'open google search". This will open goole search 10. At the google search you may search for local apps like shown in this video. Use google search to copy backup from SD card to internal storage. Also, use google search to open Downloads app. From Downloads you can install quickshortcut apk (If for some reason you misclicked and got to phonesetup wizard, no worries, repeat steps from 1 to 9 to get google search). Search for quick shortcut and click on app. 13. At the quickshortcut app locate LG mobile switch and open it. Then follow steps at 8:00 at this video 14. After backup restored and phone restarted repeat steps 1-9 to get google search again. Search and open quick shortcat. Then repeat steps from the video 10:18 and finaly get your phone frp unlocked

after Backup restore, Device restart and KZfaq want Updated :( , i can't open Chrome Browser
