I think if they make it passive stereo, lose the BT and lights, invest in improving the sound quality, they can be serious contenders for high end bookshelves since there are no omnidirectional speakers at this price point that I am aware of. They have the opportunity to lead and meet this need. I'd be surprised though if they did this.

The Abramtek E600 bluetooth speakers looks similarly designed, and plays stereo via bluetooth. A pair for same price as a single one of these 👍 I love mine for my van camping

The design is beautiful

Got one in oct 21 when it was just 299 from Amazon. Other speakrs..SF olympica nova5s, rogers ls3/5a, Amphion Xenos, Linn Kaber actives. The mids are neutral and bass is musical. Love the portability aspect and great for my backyard and outdoor needs. Lg should improve on these and create something similar to the Sony HT A9s in usecase.

It's great in that it's a unique and original design. But what about portability? I seen online it's roughly 12 lbs. Plus for portability is the question of how rugged it is? BBQ, day at the beach, out in the garage, etc. Is this going to hold up?

B&O was part of the Harman conglomerate which Samsung acquired hence I’m not surprised they look so similar to B&O.

Very interesting piece of gear there Jay! Sounds like an ideal type of speaker for taking on a car camping trip or a pool party! The Devalait (spling?) speakers are awesome but incredibly expensive! They seem to be the best at what they do but few can afford the price point. This seems to be the next best thing but at a much more accessible price! I agree it seems a shame that you can’t get two of them to pair up as right and left channels for true stereo.

How did you get Pink REL subs? They look fly!

Will there be any secondary app or device able to connect only 1 channel of left or right of the music source? Or, if we use the aux input connecting from an amplifier output L & R each, then will it be possible for stereo? Pls try it Jay. Love to hear that review :)

Great review thank you. I watched some other reviews on this speaker, and some said that it was 150W plugged in, so how many Watts NOT plugged in? Does it sound better plugged in?

I bought 2 of them for my bedroom. I also was a bit disappointed of the fact, That There is no pairing in Stereo. I found them very interesting since i saw them them First Time because compared to other BT Party speakers at Its size it Looks really beautiful and high quality and i thought the Light Would be a good Substitute for my old Tube Radio. I got good hifi Components also (Akai AM75 With LINN Nexus LS250), and for mobile use a Set of 2 MiniRigs and 2 MiniRig Subs. One MiniRig With Subwoofer gets as loud as one LG XBoom 360 but the MiniRig Sounds much More compressed and the DSP of the XBoom is not that noticable. It‘s more close to real HiFi. And It Sounds far better Than Most 90s Component Mini and Midi Systems. My Personal Stereo Fix: i built a Cable that splits Left and Right Channel on the Aux In. It‘s 3 m Long and i plugged an external BT Stick to it. Now i can listen in True Stereo on a Pair of them. It Sounds Amazing because you have no Sweet Spot for the highs. You don’t Need to sit in a special Position to get the perfect Sound, which is really good for my bedroom. It doesn‘t matter if i lay or sit, it almost Sound the Same. BUT because of the omnidirectional Design the channel separation is Not that good as With Classic speakers. Sometimes i wondered that the difference between Mono and Stereo is so small, When switched over on the iphone. The distance between them need to be much more far, than With normal speakers to get the Same Stereo Effect. It of Course also depends on the room but i Think the Concept at First is to use it as a Single room filling speaker and This omnidirectional Thing is absolutely Crazy because one of them can Sound extremely surrounding and if you pair a second one directly and wireless i think many people will Not even notice that It’s just Mono. It‘s diffuse everywhere in the room, you can Not exactly locate where it comes from. I got them for 177 Euro each. I think for that Money you won‘t get such a good speaker from other Brands. For me It’s very close to hifi. It plays surprisingly detailed for that kind of speaker.

Since it has aux in. Im sure theres a splitter cable that could allow you to make one the left and one the right channel. If you have two of them.
