I prefer the LG Cymatic Jazz HDR Demo but this is nice too for testing HDR. I love HDR, especially for gaming, it makes a night and day difference. Sure something like the Samsung Odyssey G7’s HDR may not be as good as a Galaxy S21 Ultra or the 2021 iPad Pro 12.9’s HDR, but it still is much better than no HDR and it should look real nice. Sigh… maybe one day I’ll be able to afford an HDR1000 gaming monitor.

bro get an oled tv instead. Keep a budget monitor for all pc related work and used oled for all sort of content consumption

@@saiyannegi desk not big enough, the Odyssey G7 is just the perfect size for content consumption and gaming. I don't want anything bigger, but i don't mind anything a little smaller. I'm happy with what i have :)

Amazing even in 1080p IPS LCD screen.

Nope. It looks like complete ass on a IPS screen. It looks better on a VA panel. And it looks 100 times better on a MiniLED or an Oled. IPS has terrible contrast: And this video tests very bright objects next to dark colors. And IPS cannot show HDR in this kind of situations without local dimming. So it just looks like ass.
