Very helpful guide, But If you are planning to change the screen by yourself, be careful when separate from the chassis of the phone because this little speaker it is glued to the LCD assembly, I broke mine.

Great video wow. I have a question /problem if you don't mind! The touch screen digitizer connector.... When removing I put a very small tear in the band or strip or whatever you call it. The connection is tight but the ribbon part is very slightly torn so the screen wont even turn on. Is there a special tape or something I can do about this without parts? If no, is that ribbon easily replaceable? Thank you in advance for your skills and info!

One question, to replace the battery, we don't have to remove the mainboard right? Just open all the plastic cover at the top of the mainboard?

Battery have glue behind, you have to wram up the screen and pull out carefully

If I knew this I wouldent have got this phone, my last phone I could just pop of the back with my fingernail, and you could just pop out the battery and the SD card, no screws to mess with
