I have the same model as yours and after you did the restore and reset after i notice that after i use the lock sim then pull the screen down right where you see the settings and the search icons i didnt see the search icon on mine but i use the computer to bypass that screen and get into settings as you did and then in apps then app info and scroll down to quickshortcut click on it open it to find the setup wizard when i do find it i click on it and select the 3rd one open it to try it and it is saying ( sorry you cant use the app) what is the happening ?
