This is my review of the lethal gaming gear Saturn PRO. It is an "upgraded" version of their Saturn mousepad with an authentic XSOFT poron base. But is it worth it over the regular Saturn?

If you don’t mind would a regular QcK or a gigantus v2 (competitive wise since i’m honestly just trying to climb ranks) be better for tac shooters or worse than the non pro saturn? if better which one?

I’ve used the qck a lot, but not the gigantus. If you have access to the regular Saturn, it is kind of like an upgraded qck.

Does a good mouse/mousepad/monitor help making you play better? Absolutely! But for mice and mousepad it's more about preference and I agree that a soft base can make aiming harder and more inconsitent. I've always prefered a thin, firm base on cloth pads or hard pads. There are people who make these xsoft bases work though.

Yeah I think everything has a place in the chain. I’m actually trying out the Venus pro right now, and though it says soft it feels much less plush.

I’m not a fan of this pad. The initial friction is way too high making micro adjustments a pain. Apparently they had changed it as people had called the Saturn non pro too ‘slippery’ they are changing it back for the next iteration

I’ve been using the Venus pro for about 2 weeks and am enjoying it a lot more.
