Synopsis: Meng Haoran was about to attend the imperial exam in Chang'an and Li Bai accompanied him there. On their way to Chang’an, Li Bai accidentally saved Liu Moxuan, the daughter of a general who was guarding the frontier. The two became inseparable afterwards. The envoys of the Tibetan Empire came to Tang to pay tribute.
