For stuffing:
Kalonji
Ani seeds ( saunf)
Ginger ( 2 inch)
Garlic Cloves (6 to 8)
3 to 4 - Green Chilli
Baking Soda
1 Big Onion
3⁄4 - Cup Sattu
½ - Lemon Juice
2 - Tbsp mustard oil
1 & ½ Tbsp khatta Pickle
For Chokha :
1 - Eggplant ( Bharta Baigan)
6 to 7 - Garlic Cloves ( for baigan )
2 - Potatoes ( Roasted)
5 - Tomatoes Roasted
4 - Green Chilli
2 - Inch Ginger
4 to 5 Clove Garlic
Fresh Coriander Leaves
Salt to Taste
4 to 5 Tbsp Mustard oil

Green Chutney ( Fresh Coriander, Green Chilli ,Garlic, Salt ,Lemon)
