Love this song! Lisa-X (dark red dress) is like 17 and amazing guitarist already. Then you have Hazuki (white blouse) who is also in Nemophila and amazing. The singer Rina has a beautiful, amazing voice. Another band of musicians that are up among the best. THank you for reacting to this video.

She will graduate from high school in March 2023 under the Japanese system. What she will do after that has not yet been announced, but she will probably start her music career in earnest, whether solo or with this band. I wonder what Hazuki will do in the future since Nemophila will have a stage available in the US this year.

As I mentioned in your recent Paul Gilbert video for 'Scarified', Lisa-X is sort of a protege of Gilbert's, who has been mentoring her playing (alongside her guitar teacher father) since first finding out about her through viral covers including Racer-X tunes. She's 17 now and this would be her latest single, but a lot of her online output isn't originals, as she's not going to look to commit full time to music until after she graduates high school. At present only Hazuki (other guitarist in blue/white, also in Nemophila) and Rina are permanent members of the band, with differing support musicians used for the rhythm section (had Billy Sheehan & the drummer from B'z (huge Japanese rock band) play on the studio version of her last single, 'One More Chance Is Enough' from a couple of years back). The b-side to this track is 'Cola Bottle Again' written by Hazuki, there's no true 'live' footage of it, but they did release this studio guitar play through of the track that's quite enjoyable: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/pciiktl00bOyaWg.html

You mentioned Hazuki wrote "Cola Bottle Again" but forgot to mention Lisa-X wrote "Looking up to you".

@@1972cd I thought it was implied through referring to it as her latest single, same as not stating she also wrote "One More Chance Is Enough". The fact Hazuki wrote a track instead of Lisa-X was specified as it's an exception and due to Rollen's increased interest in Nemophila lately.

@@guitarandy2406 Sorry, I was just "poking the bear" a little to use a metaphor, GuitarAndy, I am sorry it did not come off well. Sometimes being able to talk only in text sucks. Have a good one man! (I was personally surprised when I found out Lisa-X was doing most of her own songwriting for her original tracks)
