Hollywood star Liam Neeson takes a break from tinseltown to cast flies at elusive bonefish on the east end of Grand Bahamas Island, and explains the magic of fly fishing on the saltwater flats of of The Bahamas.

I used to fly fish before my son was born and also boat fishing with my late dad when I was still in my igh school years , my dad had fishing boat back in the 60s, 70s and 80s

free therapy? i think anything could be "free therapy", anything that hooks you, gets you into a flow state and momentarily removes you from the stress and worries of life. to some fly fishing is free therapy. to me by far, guitar, and movies
