I went to Filbert St with Chelsea in 1983 midweek Tuesday/Wednesday a milk cup game,ended up in the home end(not my idea,I'm from Glasgow)when Chelsea scored the fellows I was with didn't hide who they were,was quite relieved when plod removed us and walked us(8 give or take)round the track on the right hand side to where the main Chelsea support was,whilst being applauded by the Chelsea support, haha good times💙🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Chelsea come to old trafford one year and come in the Stretford end, it was carnage. Tbf and this is me being honest Chelsea mostly always got the better of us at old trafford, but we took it to them aswell. Swings and roundabouts.

Although I was Leicester and because I was stationed in Portsmouth (HMS Vernon) I had many away days with Pompey. The scene was definitely in its infancy but it soon took off. Brighton away was memorable. I used to get a lot of my clothes off the naval Taylors. Jack Blair was one of them. I'd tell them what I wanted and a few days later they'd have it. Didn't even have to go to the shop, they brought it to the base in their van.

Leicester got the tag Baby Squad due to a small mob of them getting fronted by a bigger mob of Leeds back in the early 80s. Leeds shouted look at these babies before a fight broke out which the small Leicester mob gave the Leeds lot a good fight and got the better of them.

The name came from a Leicester Mercury article. The reporter highlighted how young we all were. Most of us were around 18 in 81/82 and had been getting involved years before the name Baby Squad cropped up. Anyone would think Leicester never had a mob before the BS but most of us had been at it before our teens.

@@ashwhooooo I was from Uppy Road area too so I used to go away matches on Crofty's coach. You should recognise a few of these initials lol CM/AB/GA/GR/DQ/MO/DS/SH/AC/MD/JD Once we started earning we got a bit more organised and went on the train. Myself and DS were in the navy so for me met the lads off the train at St Pancras for London matches. I'm sure DS did the same.

his not going to Mention Leicester because his all always got done by Leicester of course he'll mention teams where he's took liberty's it's always the same why not ask Millwall when Leicester went into their end twice in the 80s home and away and gave it them big time no one speaks about that

@@stephenrice1592 I had more clashes with Chelsea than any other club at Filbert St and watched the skinheads go at it in the 70s. Mr Rice, see a doctor, you got memory problems, But yeah, never really got it sorted away for the big london teams, half went drinking and never made it to the matches

Jase you are full of it. Sanjay is a well known bod out of tooting and I had it off The Commander (Jase knows who he is) that sanj done him in Wano n jase got a load of stick for it at his book release in tones bar. Dnt pretend you dont remember jase, you know full well what happened n lost a lot of respect over that!!!
