I'm familiar with useless doors, there's one in my flat which only remains unblocked because blocking it would also block the bedroom door. It leads to the upstairs flat, and I have no idea who has the key... I'm messing around. :) The key is either lost or in the landlord's possession, not either of us flat-dwellers. The door is merely a legacy of the time Britain thought safety legislation could cover every possible situation. It was supposed to be some kind of fire escape even though it only leads into the upstairs flat and I have a big window anyway. (That's how kooky British safety law was. It's better now.)

I am an electrical engineer and this looks like your doing the right thing! but I am surprised that that circuit that runs the motor can work a 70v that is crazy that it doesn't just blow up. 👍

Liam if you find a smart friend who knows about electronics, you could make that thing go like 10x faster, you need an ESC to drive the motor instead of straight from the batteries

the motor already comes with an ESC and a throttle. the problem here are the batteries. they just can't hold a high current. even thogh he gets the 72 volts, there are not enough amperes.
