Noshad’s father, Rahmat, was a tt champion in Iran back in 1980s. His uncle was also playing professionally. Now he and his brother Nima are playing on the world stage. Watch out for their children!

@@PaddlePlayTV another fun fact, Noshad suffers from Carpal tunnel syndrome, a nerve condition that mostly happens to typists and pianists. He lost his forehand because of this. There was talk of removing him from the Iranian national team, but he kept beating all top players in Iran so they decided he can continue. He is a true testimony of determination and dedication.

Nashad is impressive saw the match at Worlds against Truls and what a battle it was indeed. That swich to the right hand drop shot was my favorite at 10:10. :D

His pendulum serve is absolutely not vertical. Not only it goes from the center of the table to the side, but also from near the table to near his body. When you throw a ball like this, it can help create stronger and ghostly spin. I’m not saying Liang’s serve is perfectly good either, but I thought this obvious fault should not be allowed in an international tournament? 😮😮😮

try to execute such a serve in the first place! His serve is a masterpiece on its own!

@@user-vl8dx3jz3zmasterpiece? My *as... Not tossing the ball high enough.. Blocking the view with his body... Throwing the ball inwards... How is that a masterpiece to you

As long as the ball is not hidden at contact, then the serve is legal. And, as long as the toss is more vertical than horizontal, the serve is legal. Simple.
