Lib's Dutch-oven Chicken with Chiles

Tonight, we are making another recipe from "Cee Dub's Dutch Oven and Other Camp Cookin'". This one is quite tasty and goes together very quickly. Perfect as a hardy stick to your ribs camping meal.

Hi Eric. Thanks for stopping in. This makes quite a bit, actually a little more than we thought it would. We ate on the rice for another 2 meals afterwards! It's pretty good though, so no complaints 😁. Hope ya have a good weekend!

Yeah, too much space between the heat and the food. It just didn't get hot enough to brown. Was good though. Very filling! Thanks Robert! See ya soon!

She was very leary of the peppers. Truth be told, I didn't really notice much from either. It's a pretty decent meal, very filling, and for as simple as it was, quite tasty! Thanks Chris! See ya soon!

You were chilly that afternoon, all bundled up like it was winter or something. The coals and temperature of the oven is pretty neat, isn't it. Musta took a while for somebody to figure it out.
