Without a doubt, this year will be worse than the last. I lost a lot of money last year as a result of bad investment choices that I would not have made if I hadn't been so worried about my portfolio. Trump nominates Cannon to replace him (outrage), 5. Senate confirms-- preferably with VP breaking tie (outrage), " 6. She is seated on Supreme Court (maximum outrage.) Likely scenario? no. Best possible replacement even if Thomas retired? Probably not. Would it be fun as hell to watch it play out? Most certainly.

Because the case was brought after he announced his candidacy, brought in an election year along with several other cases where the AGs campaigned on "get Trump", not brought against others (Clinton, Biden, Pence, etc.) who did the same thing but while not being president, etc. The case is more complex than a non-elected citizen possessing classified documents, Do we actually think the NY case would have been brought against Trump if his name was anything other than Trump? Even after three other agencies said there was nothing to bring a case for. If the case was held anywhere other than the one of the most left-wing cities in the country, you could not select 12 random people (some of whom outright said they hated Trump but could be impartial) to all vote to convict. It was a bogus case that would not have worked anywhere else and only worked because the defendants name was Trump.

The only issue that matters is "What Law US CODE or Congressional gave the AG the Authority to appoint a Special Counsel" Nothing else truly matters at this point. And when asked under oath even the AG couldn't answer. It is sad to think that even one American Citizen is not wondering what gives the AG this Authority.
