I know this reading applies to my Cancer friend. We recently had a falling out because of his inability to communicate effectively. However, it saddens me that it's the 2nd go around on something we had once mended before, but a lesson not learned (by him ofc). 😔

This really resonates. My husband left me last year but remained in contact with me until recently when I told him not to contact me anymore and I stopped responding to his messages. This was part of my healing process. Since then, I have heard he’s not been feeling well.

This is difficult to hear because of the ongoing illness or discomfort he has. I hope you are okay too. 🏵️ I think you drew the boundary strong, and some don’t even understand in the long run why it had to be THAT strong. It’s to protect what we have left.
