Everything is so personal though, tbh its up to the users. I do think both have their ups and downs, especially with lc not allowing stackable premoves + way less customisable as well as a very unfinished feel to it, and cc having non-existent support and anti-cheat measures. From what I've seen, the only reason why people play on lc is to stroke their ego since rating points on the site are highly inflated. But overall, in my opinion cc is better, but its honestly up to people.

imo almost everyone who chooses lichess is choosing it cause it's free, not because the rating is inflated. really, for me, the inflation only makes me anxious as a new player. plus, if you think it's inflated in comparison to chesscom, you're very wrong, as these 2 sites don't relate at all. honestly, I'm very angry that chesscom is subscription-based, as it is alot more functional than lichess only if you subscribe

Damn, I was expecting criticism cuz a few of my points could be weak but I wasn't expecting 10 year old Gothamchess subscribers to raid the comments. Also yeah, no matter how shιt lichess moderators might be regarding censorship, multiacc or pride shιt, they are still better than some greedy pos that embarrass the game by using it for getting money from some ιdιοts who are the main playerbase of the site. Call me however you want, but you still can't tell that chess boom (companies using chess) hasn't harmed chess in most aspects. Btw in case we have another comment war I might not reply. You can't premove multiple times, the interface is difficult to get used to, no good tutorials or game review, there is no 4 player or fog chess as far as I know. I can keep going, but there's no need to. The winner is obvious.

Have you ever played on lichess? Cuz on cc you lose time even with premoved if you have even a few ping. And 1 premove is better since if you have less than 150 ping, you don't lose time. Also cc is not as free and it has many sponsors, so game reviews are a win for lichess. Like I said, on variants cc wins, but if you ask 100 GMs (who aren't bribed by anyone) and have played at least 100 bullet games on both platforms, I'm pretty sure the majority will say lichess. I was also gonna keep going but I can't since you didn't say more

@@mike17gr Sure, 0.1 seconds literally does not bother anyone and premoving everything at once instead of consecutively is a lot less effort so it's still a plus overall. I also disagree on the designs, because all of them look foggier and tire my eyes. CC's game review is again infinitely better than lichess' but you complained about it not being free and everything so I'll talk about that one first. One classical game per day plus 4 puzzles and a 5 minute video is enough to improve for a noncompetitive player, and if you want to be a master it is obviously justified to pay for the premium, considering you have to pay way more for other courses online. And you don't need to ask any gms at all, majority plays on cc most of the time, as seen from their streams.

Also I considered lichess more free cuz you can do as puzzle storms as you want without limits, while lichess never misses a chance to convince you to pay for their premium (which features are not much better than lichess's). Ok designs I considered it as a win cuz you can browse faster and eg chance background but idk more about that. And yeah on 2000+ bullet rating, I've lost tenths of games in absolute draw endgames cuz of these 0.1 seconds I lost b4 the 50 moves. Also I would like to know your rating if allowed

Idk about you but on chesscom when I play against cheaters, it often takes a day or two to get them banned if they get enough reports. Also chesscom doesn't require verification to start playing matches, so it attracts more cheaters. (Lichess and chesscom hate me in their way and so do I but from experience I have to admit lichess has better anticheat)

Still, if it's interrupted, the premove streak is gone, second, if you have 140 ping, you lose the lag time, third, at least on lichess, when you premove one piece, you can also hold another piece to prepare a fast move
