For those who never want to lose tic tac toe. If you go first go top right corner, assume second player picks middle square, take bottom left square, if the other picks a corner then pick the other and win, if they take a non corner then block them at other side and end up drawing

Meiji a part of hair that grows in a different direction from the surrounding hair. The comment that initiated this comment chain was making a pun, because Rhett has a cowlick at the front of his hairline, and he also literally licked a cow's tongue.
