Just found your vlog channel (subscribed). Never stayed in this country as yet always went to the continent. Didn't think there were sites like this in the UK - space, privacy hedges, peace & quiet, thanks for opening my eyes. I live in Norfolk and most sites here have em packed in like sardines and charge a fortune for the privilege. Defo one for the list. Keep up the great work, now onto Wales.

Fantastic video, another one added to my bucket list for when I finally get a van (NEC 2022) and not far for me in West Yorkshire. Are all the linked places accessible by bus to where you were?

Thanks. Yes for Matlock and Matlock Bath there is the bus which is in the link in description. I don’t know if there is a bus to Crich Tramway.

Great video! Looks like an amazing site we’ll definitely give it a go. We’re complete newbies to motorhoming and find your videos really useful. One question, are the pitches serviced with hook-up and water? Many thanks.

The area is beautiful and the site is lovely. Our pitch was just electric but there are service points nearby for fresh water, grey drainage and toilet drainage. They do offer deluxe pitches that are “fully serviced.” Sincere thanks for your lovely feedback and support. We wish you many happy travels.

Loved this especially the slide. Didn’t realise that Matlock was different to Matlock Bath, which I’ve visited many time. Does the bus go to Matlock Bath? Take care Gill

Thanks again. The bus stops at Matlock Town but it is possible to catch a bus from the town to Matlock Bath. We walked from the town (30 minutes). Take care.

Hi site looks amazing, what is the approach like as we have a 8' wide caravan, thank you

The approach is fine depending on the direction taken. We came from the Alfreton side and it was no problem (from what I can remember). The lane it is down is ok and it’s a modest distance from the main road. Our van is only slightly less in width at 2.35 metres.
