Lie to Me could have had more seasons, but the writers ruined the essence of the series in Season 3. Some episodes were really boring, the plot didn't make sense and they were not able to spice up the relationship between Cal and Gillian. I think one of the big mistakes was Detective Wallowski. A horrible actress in a horrible role!

I didn't like her character at all, but I don't know that she's a bad actress, she seems like a believable hard-nosed cop.

@@sarahberkner I wish I could agree with you, but she overacts in her role as a tough cop. Given the quality of the cast and the many great improvisations by the actors, I think the series deserved a more versatile actress capable of living up to it.
