I have not seen the entire video, but i noticed, he did not use throwable items! Thats biig! Could had made fighting bosses easier (& faster). I would include that in the title of the video .... if that is correct. Oh AND, the Legion arm is the base one. So ... full melee run.

How do you know he didn't die 150 times at every boss fight, before recording this video?

The thing is the general difficulty of the game and the bosses isn't that bad, but it REALLY punishes you super hard for each and every mistake you make along the way. Miss a parry window? Get half your health destroyed. Dodge too much? You can't move for a while mid fight.

Thank you and yeah Laxasia can be be quite hard until you learn her attack patterns (I recommend perfect parrying her lightning bolt attacks in phase 2 to damage her) ^_^.

@@NikoBellic0_0 Apparently they nerfed a lot of the game yesterday so after I respecced my P-Organ I was able to beat her in one try with the help of my specter.

Thank you and yeah the archbishop can be quite hard at first. I recommend using the fire grinder to deal a lot of damage to him and to run behind him during the second stage of the fight (he will have a similar moveset to the first stage that way) ^_^.

learing parry timing and using a weapon you like, I recommend puppet ripper with a technique build, is incredible.

what luck? He used guard parry. Not really luck when he meant to use it. And that attack isn't instant death.

Nah heavy works aswell just need to not be shit

I tried the demo two times. The first time as Bastard and the second with the heavy one.. And for me personally I was so much better with the heavy weapon type. Even tho I thought Bastard is the way to go. XD not for me at least 🙈

@@mikohaku heavy allows for patience I find I get greedy with light weapons and take more damage because I'm trying to get an extra hit in with heavy I don't have time for extra hits so I get better results but there is a few bosses I've killed with dex

I think my very first playthrough took around 25 hours. That included going through all optional areas and mapping out a route for future speedruns (in order to know where all of the upgrade materials are) ^_^.

@@NikoBellic0_0 well if I keep the same pace as your speedrun I could be done in 30hrs so that's not so bad, I could never do a speedrun on a souls game, let alone a no death one, so huge props for pulling that off! Excited to watch this full speedrun once I've finished the game myself xD

no hit run would probably be impossible my man :) i dont think anyone out there in the entire world would be able to pull that off, given how narrow the parry window is, and u would have to parry every single attack from start to finish without missing a single one, i highly doubt anyone could ever pull that off, unless there is a patch making parrying a bit easier (which is actually something that could happen at some point)

even tho you do all the parry stuff, you wouldnt be able to get away from mobs that running after you with their long range weapon @@Rafillia22
