I always lie to myself that i'll take a 30 mins break from studying and it always end up being a 3 hours break.The struggle is REAL!!!!

"I'm going to workout tomorrow" "I'm going to do my homework on time" "I'm going to wake up early" "I'm going to study for that test" "Im going to stop cursing" "I'm going to eat healthier"

My momma is the queen of this .. If she goes to the store and I go with her she says "oh we're only going to be in there for 5 minutes " lies 😑 she runs into everybody and stops and talks to everybody or say let me look at one for thing!! End up spending 4 hours in the store

When you walk out of the exam and tell yourself I'm gonna start studying sooner this time!!!! And you actually repeat the same mistake and start the day before.

The lie I tell myself is that I'm gonna study and I end up watching KZfaq videos

I always tell myself that I'm going to take a break from social media or that I'm going to turn my phone off for an entire day, for the sake of wanting to be more productive. No progress yet lol.

Tamera is so right when she said, you do not sleep the first 6 weeks after having a baby. No lies... you are a walking zombie!! It is simply the worst phase of having a baby. Having sex was the LAST thing on my mind. Even eating was the second last thing on my mind, I just wanted to sleep and when you go weeks only sleeping max 2hrs at a time, you start to get awefull migraines, you forget your own husband's name, you get real moody... it is not fun. Lack of sleep really destroys you and you never make up for that sleep cuz your newborn needs to feed every 2 hrs sometimes my son would want to be breast feed 1 hr after I just fed him and he'd take 20-40 mins feeding.. I would have to prop up a lot of pillows around my arms and sides cuz I would just pass out from exaustion while breast feeding. And its not just feeding.. there's giving them a bath and changing their diaper everytime they feed so thats like 8-12 diapers a day, there's playtime with the baby, yes you gotta play with them and talk to them to stimulate their development, and thats 24hrs non stop... some of my friends told me they wouldnt have time to wash their hair, shower, even go to the bathroom. it's a really hard phase but thank God there is a light at the end of the tunnel and things get better when they start sleeping 3-4 hrs at a time.. then 5-6 hrs thats when you feel like yourself again. Done ranting LOL My baby is now 5 1/2 months and he's sleeps all night now. Every once in a while he'll wake up crying in the middle of the night and I love being a mom and I love my son... but I'm sure glad those first weeks are over!!

I'm just like Adrienne because I say to myself that I won't eat any junk food and no carbs but I always end up doing that. LOL. I'm good on exercising 4 days a week though but I'm not good on eating healthy all time. I also tell myself that I'm going to pray everyday but that never happens either, it's hard sometimes to get through the day with the little goals you want to achieve and you can't achieve them.

I believe that when we tell ourselves we are going to do or not do something, most of us truly have every intention of living up to our word. It's just not always so easy to do so. So..... we must keep trying.... never give up... Put down that medium 11.5 oz. bag of M&Ms, get up on the floor and do some serious dancing to get rid of that excess baggage. Maybe then we can fit into that nice outfit that's been hanging in the closet for years.
