Should have let the other product dwell on the surface for the recommended amount of time as well.

We followed the instructions for each. Mixing cleaners with the scuff mark remover can create issues. Which is why we are very specific with what product to use it with.

The first cleaner was on the ball for 1.5 seconds before wiping. The second sat on the ball for 48 seconds and then used the magic eraser. The CTD cleaner MIGHT be better but the test parameters were totally different 😊

The guy using the cleaner should know his product. Does his cleaner tell him to wait a minimum amount of time like Life After Death does?

What do you do when your magic eraser becomes dirty from cleaning multiple balls, is it cleanable or do you throw away and use a new one ?

Genuine question, not trying to dismiss your product: To preface, I get the same result utilizing water with dishsoap (50 parts water, 1 part liquid soap), wiping off with a towel, and prepping the surface with a damp magic eraser (which also becomes dirty). With the end-result, I also get a very similar clean look, feeling and sound that the "tackify" additive appears to give. So my question is, what exactly does the "tackifier" additive do that would differentiate it from my result, since they look, sound, and feel identical? Is there a way that you could prove using a microscope that it is in-fact filling poures in the resin to rejuvenate the coverstock? It seems possible, but would like to see it on a much smaller scale to prove the difference. Big fan of the BAM Pad, and was hoping to understand your other products a bit better. They seem very carefully designed, but overlap in terms of their intended use cases, as I've seen you use both "That wow factor", "Purple stuff", and "Life after death", etc. with similar tools. And, it's a bit confusing what they are intended for, barring "hook monster" because that one makes more immediate sense.

That Purple Stuff was the company’s original ball cleaner and was intended to be used with a power pad after each shot. When the dry towel rule was announced the already approved That Wow Factor Ball Cleaner was released to the public. Ron has described it as TPS on steroids as it’s stronger and designed to clean after a set. Life After Death was the latest release that combines the strongest ball cleaner to date with the tactify additive to double as a cover life extender. That Wow Factor was a line of products that included the Ball Cleaner, TR or Transition Reducer and finally HM or Hook Monster. HM and TR we intended to be used after each shot. While HM can last three games it was mainly kept due to how well it handles phasing. So Fresh So Clean is another cover life extender. That and LAD are the only current CTD products that can be safely used with the Scuff Mark Remover. Other cleaners you can see the SMR start to pit. This is an undesirable chemical reaction that includes toxic vapors. The difference from the dish soap is products like Dawn advertise the truth, they repel the oil. In essence it pushes the oil deeper into the cover rather than remove it.

@@williamfreitas7016 Thanks for the interesting history. Additionally, I don't understand why "So Fresh & So Clean | Bowling Ball Life Extender" is a product that can be purchased separately. The reason being, for $1 more per 8oz., you recieve a chemical that not only does the same thing, but also cleans reactive, urethane, and plastic coverstocks. While you are technically supposed to pair "So Fresh & So Clean | Bowling Ball Life Extender" with either "That Purple Stuff" or "that Wow Factor | Ball Cleaner", it logically speaking makes no sense to purchase two products that have been merged into a newer one that can handle both simultaneously for

@@williamfreitas7016Not sure why my replies got deleted last night. But, oh well. tl;dr after spending half an hour breaking down the products, Life After Death supercedes all other cleaner products except Hook Monster, which is unique in what it does. Not entirely sure why the older products are still around considering how much they overlap in use cases, but I digress. The products seem good, but it's still difficult to navigate the products without reading between the lines on each page and watching the videos on them.

I recently ordered the Everything Kit. I could always tell that the cleaner I was getting from my local alley wasn't getting much off of the balls. I'm looking forward to seeing what this can do. Looking forward to getting surface on my balls, too. I'm tired of throwing straight balls because they were drilled wrong.
