Buddy is getting attention.. you can't judge in a video of mere 10 minutes.. once teddy is trained buddy will enjoy being with him.. ofc you have to give more time to a new born baby than an elder one.. for now he is behaving like his elder brother..

The same happened with us in 2018 when Jake came into our life. It's just like caring for a baby. No sleep, no rest.. my goodness 😀😀. But still I love those days. Now he is 4 and half years old. Time flies very quickly. And our bonds become so strong that a day without them is unimaginable .

Awww.....Buddy looks so 😢😢 sad. It seems he is ignored. But for two to three months it would be so hectic for both of you. Each and everything they would want to chew..... All the best guys ....we too had our share in raising a Gsd.

Buddy is a good dog, he isn't aggressive, usually the older dog nips the new dog. Buddy is gone quiet and feels someone has taken over his place. Pls give him attention, it's sad.

Don't worry..It will be fine after some days....as I am having 3 🐶🐕 (Tuffy & Sweetu)at home...2 males ...and single female 🐶 (Cindrella). They make our life better and more happier. God bless Buddy and Teddy always. My prayers are always with them.

Crate training is very important. It’s absolutely essential for them as well as us. I’m surprised you are not crate training them. Please consider doing it.

Guys just wanted to say that dogs get confused with names that rhyme So could you please consider naming teddy something else Buddy will be confused the whole time whenever he hears TEDDY In his mind it will sound like BUDDY I hope you understand this This was said to us by my dog trainer Please kindly consider And give my love n hug to Buddy. I've a 6 Yr old male lab as well, the replica of Buddy❤️

You can use potty training pads for rainy days. Even my puppy wud refuse to step out in rain so these pads really helped. You have a covered outdoor you can put the training pads there.

You can always train the puppy cause they are very fast learners.. keep a pee pad as a designated place for his untimely breaks.. and make sure to give him treats when he does the right thing.. and for nibble give him some chew toys cause it’s good to have made the house puppy proof.. but it’s equally important to have chew toys and have him engaged.. if he is trying to chew your hand, try to show him that the bite is hurtful.. since they love us he will immediately stop doing it.. I remember training our little beagle.. it took me 2 yrs to settle in cause he was my first…

Yes I agree...when a new puppy is added to the family, the older sibling feels very insecure and unwanted. My humble request, whenever you cuddle Teddy, please ensure that Buddy receives the same importance. Dogs are extremely sensitive and Buddy will feel dejected when he sees you giving all the attention to Teddy.

Teddy, you naughty boy 😄🤦♀️ give him your old socks (tie a knot on it) to chew. Yes, few months it'll be tough. Like Little human kids they'll also need 24x7 attention 😅 but this precious moments with them are most memorable moments 👍 enjoy!! 😂😂

you don't need to take the puppy every time in the night, that's too stressful. Get a crate, keep the puppy's blanket/bed on one side and potty training pads on the other side inside the crate. They are very smart, they won't sleep where they poop so he will poop on the pads and he will rest on his blanket. They may have the tendency to chew on the pads, just keep an eye on that only if he does it. After a month remove the pads and he won't poop ever in the crate. This is what I did when I got my golden puppy. They learn too fast.
