You have got a great department to work with and that too at a place like CP in Delhi. Lucky enough! Imagine the hardship(s) for a girl/boy working in a remote branch at a rural place with no luxuries whatsoever and plenty of work to do even with customer dealing.

Exactly.. I'm one among those working in pakka rural areas..wherein there is lots of work which doesn't result in significant increase in business.. it's like hell not because of the work related to customers but from RO there is continuous pressure give that report, this report urgent in two mins, bring ots proposals, gecl loans, increase business etc etc etc and it goes on and on and on.. no time to take a long breathe.. customers at one end and regional office at the other end.. OMG 🙏🙏

Let me clear the air.... There are targets for marketing officers... For branch heads but situation is not that much worse. As I didn't get opportunity till now to head a branch so can't tell you the pressure Branch Manager has to go through...

We are here to live our life with some sort of peace, but that peace i didn't see here. I think we can't enjoy our personal life in this job. Riya buy 2 to 3 good magazine for GA and go through them thrice in a month after some interval. There are some banking terminologies go through that also and Ur GA part is good to go. For English make a habit of reading good newspaper Indian express , business standard , economic times and do some mock test.

Chutiya baaten kyu karte ho yaar ! Kaam karna hi padta hai, bhai humare yahan ka jo IAS hai.. wo mila tha ek din humse coaching centre mein usne kya bola hai pata hai "pichle 3 din mein 5 ghante soya hoon" raat ko bhi Collectorate mein hote hain. Matlab log ye chahte hain, exam clear karlo fir rajai odh ke so jao. Bhai kaam karwana hai, kaam hai.. isiliye log chahiye ! Isiliye vacancy nikalte hain.

Bhai teachers honge jo 2 baje aa jate hain ghar (state school wale/college wale) baaki main To KV se padha hoon (Central hai) wahan ke teachers ka transfer andaman nicobar kar dete hain agar result kharab ho jata hai to , Asst Commissioner , Commissioner jawab maangta hai.

@@poojaudupi7185 nanuu ivagaa clerk agii idinii aytaa, if u think ur life should be in banking den u can go for po n higher level's bt u want to prepare for something den clerk is best in my opinion n work pressure tumba iruute, if u can manage den no prblm,

Mam make a vedio about ur struggling time when u r preparing.. And please help students to guide how should prepare for mains interview and all. Mam make a vedio also on ur training after joining bank and salary and perks also with ur holidays in one year And thanks for this video .. It's really good mam... Next year I will be there hope so.
