Of course your face change over the time when you get older and because of some habits. But there are people with genetics defects or how they look like is giving by gene. When this people still want children and spreading there gene, that would be called cheating if your partner think you look like this and then when they have children…it would be a shock for the partner

@@anniep.7670 You're right, but that would not be a problem as long as the partner admits having plastic surgery. If the partner really has defective genes it would be better to make kids by using another man's juice through invitro fertilisation.

WOW, just awesome for this young man! He has to feel so much better and more confident now. This is what I love to see, it brings happiness to someone that needed to feel good about themselves. Such a great story!

I think ppl need to understand that this procedure isn't just about LOOKING GOOD. He has so many issues even just for EATING, hence it was so hard for him to chew, got cuts in his mouth, not enough nutrition going into the body. This is a good thing to make him be able to do basic things properly. The good look is a bonus. About lying to his future spouse? It is a lie if he didn't admit it, but this is on TV so surely he can't lie.

Pls remember that this is reconstructive surgery to help him with basic daily stuff like eating. This program isn't focusing on getting pretty per se. But to be ablr to do daily activities freely such as eating. Not just for fun I want to look pretty.
