I would love to see what books you'll be trying to read and your thoughts on them if you get through them. I know that recovery is always hit or miss. I pray for your swift and safe recovery.

Oh, Jo! I had no idea how much you’ve been going through the past few years. I’m so glad you found a surgeon you trust to help you. I think it’s a crime how little people and medicine know about endometriosis considering how many people are affected by it. I’m sending you hugs and love and all the good healing vibes. I’ll be thinking about you on the 15th. And you definitely treat yourself to that Gucci bag and share photos of your fabulous self when you get to wear it out for the first time! 😄🤗❤

You poor thing, you've been through so much! Endometriosis is so destructive internally - it's crazy how much damage it can do. Thank you for continuing to raise awareness. I got a scan recently and it seems that it has stuck my ovaries together, which I didn't even know was possible lol. Seeing a specialist next month! Good choice not choosing the medically-induced menopause- that basically destroyed me and I've never been the same again, and I put on about 2 stone in a year which for a small person was a lot, and I'm still mad about it lol

I'm so sorry you have to go through another surgery Jo. You do sound extremely prepared and positive about it though so hopefully this surgery will be the last and it will lead to many years of pain free living!
