Not a botanist but I am a florist, the plant is a peace lily. If you want more flowers to grow I recommend to put it in a place with a little bit more of light.

In my experience I under water, but it survive can a little while with out water. But still water..

@@vinsschleutker9887 it can also look like that because of underwatering, or overwatering. The peace lily is a strong plant. But if she does not have the right lighting the flowers won't grow.

excuse me for being a plant weeb but the two plants above your plant stand are alocasias (dragon scale i think and jacklyn) while the one in the middle looks like an anthurium (i think crystallinum or clarinervium). as for the plant in the box thing i think its Pilea mollis 'Moon Valley' (had to google this lol cuz i recognize the plant but never bothered to know the name). as for the overgrown plants, one is a Dischidia Oiantha and the other is a Scindapsus Silvery Ann.
