during the pandemic, i started drinking coffee again and my hands were shaking a lot because of the caffeine. today i'm also trying to stop drinking a lot of coffee because it makes me anxious. caffeine-free coffee has been an option.

I know, my hands were crazy sometimes 😩 I have decaf coffee at home but I wanted to do a full stimulant detox to see if it really has an effect, but it has been a little bit hard especially when going out. In a few months maybe I will start drinking coffee again from time to time 🤞

What phone are you using to vlog?

Hii! I always use my Sony ZV-1 camera when filming at home and sometimes outside, but mostly, I use Mi 9 SE phone when filming outside. It's pretty old but it does the job really well. My very first videos were filmed only with that phone! Hope it helps 😄
