Do sth, from which you do not get dopamine, excitement, kick or thrill. The more you seek the comfortable the more you become uncomfortable, the more you seek the uncomfortable the more you become comfortable ~Pray that He make me at peace with following things, and inculcate willingness for these, And then correct them CONSCIOUSLY °State of mind, heart and body °Temperament °Standards of living (according to Islam) °Way of thinking °Approach towards life °Attitude 3-Pray for wisdom and knowledge along with success and great career
