Hi watching from cali - LBoy pareho pala tayo! PoolBoy rin ako dito! Ako hindi ko ginagamit yung pool vacuum (dagdag trabaho kasi mas mapapaaga ang paglinis ng pool filter), highly recommend ko yung mga robotic pool vacuum sa Amazon, mas madali linisin. God Bless!

You did a good job planning for your retirement in the Philippines. Tama lang yung ginawa ninyo - retire early to enjoy your remaining years in your life. No one should question you or anybody for that decision. I salute you for that. Dapat talaga pinaghahandaan ang retirement, ang pagtanda. After working 40-50 years or more, you (and us/we) deserve a good life from the fruits of our labor. I'll be doing the same thing. Buying everything new in the Philippines is preparing you to live comfortably as you age. And you're right, after getting settled you'll be just depending on your monthly retirement pay, nothing more. I agree with everything you did. That's a good planning. And I like your new house, too. So, live, love and have fun! 😊

You have a beautiful house. My only question , when you both pass (of course not in the near future ) who will inherit your house ? Are your kids in the US? Will it be hard for them to sell your house esp. if your kids don’t know the rope in selling property in the PI? This is one of my concern . So maybe it’s easier to just rent a house or condo for me when I move back there .

Wow exciting. Kami sa California at very happy kami sa decision na umuwi ng Pinas. Mas na relax kami at feeling ko lalakas ako dito. Sa America parang lagi kang in a hurry naghahabol ng oras. Dito laid back ang tao. We luv it here. Halos neighbor lang pala tayo😀

I retired when I am 60 getting pension from my late husband planning to move back in our country, I am watching your Blogs to get some Information regarding how to transfer my pension what place in the Philippines that I am comfortable to live pick up some idea what is life after living in USA. In your place did you guys Association if so how much ?I hope one day give us more information About Medical Insurance which is very important for us and how about Taxes? Talagang mapagkakatiwalaan biruin mo binayaran na namin lahat nung September tapos bumalik kami sa California tinapos nila ng 5months na wala kami dito pictures and videos lang to update us. Then March this year umuwi kami sa bahay na tapos na. Honest and good people and did a great job

Hello from the Philippines. Nagretire ako at 62. That was 12 years ago. Si Gerlyn ang nag early retirement. She’s only 55. And now we’re here sa Pinas for good. Salamat sa panonood at suporta.

You don't need generator, when you have the solar panel, plus generator is very noisy.

Hahaha yes I’m 74. I retired 12 years ago. My wife of 26 years. Is the one who retired early at 55yrs old. She retired Aug 1st last year.
