Hi Friends, join me for a low key, homebody day in my life . As an introvert, home is my comfort space and I love slowing down and enjoying the little things. Spend the day with me chatting about life, working out, making some delicious food and getting into some selfcare. I also share with you some of the insecurities I’ve been dealing with lately and how I’m trying to overcome some of my fears.

I discovered you today :) I have always been on the hunt for this very type of channel. Not much comes up when you search for 40 plus year old content. I can't imagine the pressure, but honestly my fav videos to watch are the real ones.. that's the most relatable ... some like things to be all set up.. for inspiration or just pretty to look at ha but that isn't life we all know. Or not all the time. I'm a working mom and it is nice to find other ladies that are managing work.. family.. health.. fitness.. all of it.. be you.. and if someone doesn't like it they'll go elsewhere but i think you'll be surprised the community you can build just being yourself.

I’m 59 & I was so glad when I found your channel - It’s refreshing to see content from someone older & not a 20 or 30 something not that I’m saying anything bad about younger vlogers it just nice to see your vlogs… enjoyed you’re content today you did great! Love the daily life vlog where you relaxed & speak directly to us no voice over but they’re good too! Keep them coming great vlog!!
