Soph you should get strava! It is a great way to treat your runs while you run AND to see your progress! It shows you how many miles you build through the week and months, and it's also a nice way to stay engaged with people who run in your life too. It's like social media for running, but you don't even need to use it for the social part, the tracking running is great. And you can also track your shoes your putting miles on and everything. Super recommend it for your running journey!

I wanted to ask if anyone here had tried Love, Bonito. I see a lot of influencers posting about it, but the customer reviews have been SO bad, like their shipments don't come through and the refund policy I believe turned me off (I don't think they do refunds only store credit? I could be wrong.)

Love Bonito have a terrible reputation for how they treat women who work for them. It’s actually horrible to see that a business who advocates towards empowering women doesn’t create a safe and empowering work space. Just something to note for furture colabs.
