It is the first city charter in the province and one of four cities in Batangas alongside Batangas City, Santo Tomas, and Tanauan.[5] It is located 78 kilometres (48 mi) south of Manila and is the most populous city of Batangas.

I love Lipa City. It’s developed but quiet and peaceful at the same time. During the -ber months, the temperature could be near freezing like in Tagaytay. Greetings to Batangueños. My ancestors are from Rosario, Batangas.

I used to live in TAMBO Lipa and now I’m in Australia. Seeing How much my hometown has changed makes my cry a lot.

Lipa has been the heart and soul of Batangas and I have witness its transformation from the last 20 years, there are new roads that is being built to further improve connectivity and ease traffic flow, once done, a lot of business opportunities awaits local and foreign investors. I just hope they can improve the traffic situation in the next two years.

It's a lot cheaper in compare to living in Manila. You can rent a house worth 8-10k monthly and you can have a decent home. The food are fresh and slightly cheaper in compare to Manila, you can access to Hospitals, Schools and Supermarkets easily. If you are earning a decent 30k with one child I guess that Is the ideal minimum wage to have a decent life out here and in other provinces. Hope I could grant your request. is it really cooler in lipa? even with the hot summer??

20 years ago I would definitely say it was more cooler in lipa. Right now the population has doubled and now a days most of the people can afford to buy cars that made a lot of impact on the environment, this led to emit more green house gases that traps heat which really contributes to warming up the area. If only we can go back 20 years ago where lipa is untouched by industrialization.
