It's funny seeing everyone commenting about the nostalgia of this song and being a Disney song. I live in a country type state where country music plays in every store pretty much everyone here knows Rascal Flatts and this song cause, country music lol. Most people here embrace the genre but I've heard it my whole life and can't stand it, but I love your covers💚

@@MrWitteman10 I call Rascal Flatts songs country because they are classified as American Country, Country, and Pop Country. They spin cover songs as country songs because that is their genre. The original song may not be country but Rascal Flatts changed the genre to fit their brand. It's like when they had the Punk Goes Pop series. They were pop songs sung by punk bands. It doesn't change the fact that the song is originally a pop song, it just means that the Punk artists made it their own. If you have to specify a song by the artist and that artist is of a different genre, than that song has broken into multiple genres and can be classified as country if the band singing it is singing it as a country song.

This cover is so over-produced it's insane, and I love it for that. It's a banger. Nearly every instrument in the mix has way more sub-bass than it needs to have. Even the damned Synth has what sounds like a gated-reverb on it. If there was ever a song that needed to be produced within an inch of recognizability, it is this song due to the ostentatiousness of it. It's perfect. Absolutely perfect.

Same here! I saw it August 2006 with my grandma in the movie theater and it became one of my favorites. I was also ten years old, going into fifth grade and it was just a movie that felt perfect for me at the time. It was quiet and calm enough for my autistic sensory sensitivity with colors that didn’t overwhelm me and and characters that I still love. Lightning McQueen was actually the first character I hated before I ended up liking him. At ten I never felt a desire to smack the main character more than Lightning as I took Disney and Pixar characters at face value as being heroes and automatically rooting for them because I was a kid. Lightning McQueen was my first time really experiencing character development and pacing even when I didn’t know what either of them were. I remember watching behind the scenes video of Cars on the Disney website and Owen Wilson being my first celebrity crush. Cars means a lot to me is what I’m trying to say.

But even if it's not a competition, you've won quite a few times. You take songs we already loved and improve them (your Sasageyo is IMO a masterpiece). You're a very talented artist, and that shows in every project you make, be it a cover song or an original

I know I may be a bit late on the comment here, but this is one of my favourite covers of this song. Can you pls do a song in this vid style again? This song has evolved through the years ever since Tom Cochrane made it and it has only gotten better after Rascal Flatts covered the song

Absolutely awesome cover. 100% hands down awesome. If I can make a request, the Opening to The promised Neverland, Touch off by Uverworld (I think citation needed), is absolutely awesome. I think you could make it really good and I mean really good.
