Do life jackets have sleeves?

There are models that have sleeves, although most do not. Check with marine retailers online and in stores. Most important, ensure the life jacket is U.S. Coast Guard approved.

Hey there. Can somone explain why the voice says that small children must have a head flap on their vests, and while the little girl had one on hers, the little boy did not? What is considered a "small child" ?
