Loved it, thank you for sharing. Definitely a work in a progress when it comes to not measuring your worth by your productivity. Some wisdom passed down to me recently about parents, is get to know your parents and record a conversation with them and especially their laughter.

I love that, that is such an amazing and valuable idea. I want to film a conversation with my parents and I will push it to the top of my priority list. xxx

My thirties have been so much more enjoyable than my twenties. I know myself so much better.

Fantastic video, thank you. I’m slightly older mid 30s. My 20s were full of highs and lows as I made the transition to adulthood with great happiness and lessons.1 month after my 30th birthday, my father got ill and as he never remarried,I became a full time carer overnight with no warning. I lost many friends in the process which I totally understand because your 30s is where you make shit happen in your life now you have budget etc. However,I’m sharing this because even with the additional responsibilities and getting injured whilst looking after my parent there is still allot you can do to improve your circumstances. Ie if you can’t change your job develop a Niche and get a more experienced mentor , learn to meditate for mindfulness and wellbeing watch positive KZfaq videos. And then when you have less restrictions in your life, live like your life depends on it….just wanted to share incase it helps anyone struggling.

I totally relate to the life is fragile lesson. In 2018, aged 22, I was knocked off my bike in a hit and run. My whole life changed and I developed life changing disabilities including needing four knee surgeries and a partial knee replacement. My mental health also just crashed. I went from being a marathon runner to relearning how to walk. My whole life before then I had my whole life planned out and I was 'on track'. Then it was all blown out the water and its only really in the last 5 months that I really feel I am embracing my identity as a disabled person and focusing on what I can do. I am in the process of starting out on a new career route to go back to university to train to be a social worker and use my experiences to help others. This was a wonderful and very insightful video.

Really interesting to watch because I feel like I had learnt all these lessons by my 30's and entered my 30's with relief and wisdom (turning 32 this week). These are things you particularly notice you've learnt when you spend time with younger people. I wonder if most people feel this way as they get older.

Absolutely love your videos. Not watched for a while but I realise what I've been missing. Surrounded by negativity and depressing news, you are such a positive lady and you jam pack your videos with useful motivating and super positive material. I love that you use humour as well to express yourself and keep your content light hearted, calming and interesting. Everything you say is absolutely spot on. Such a wise woman for your years. Thank you so much for being you, sharing your feelings and making my day a better one just from listening to you xxxx

This was amazing to watch and listen to and I took so much away from it even though I’m in my late 30’s! Don’t be afraid of your 30’s- from what I know about you, it is going to just be incredible and you will embrace all of it! ❤️

I've learned a lot of the same lessons in my 20s. It's definitely natural heading into a new decade. However, I'm determined to age like a fine wine only getting better with age 😆....and I'm only two years into my 30s and I've already learned to some valuable lessons being two years in. Being open to change is one of the greatest lessons I've learned and am still reminding myself. Change is overall good 😊 even if you don't know it yet.

Some great lessons in there. Thanks for sharing. The productivity one is a challenge for me too, and something I still struggle with at age 35, especially because I work in a content producing job. So I’m working on that one too - let us know if you stumble upon any helpful tips in that department going forward.
