Hi! About skin problems:my experience, because I had problems with my skin also, and was not solved by any creams, but by diet. In fact, I ve added again into my diet, meat soups with lots of vegetables, especially celery and other root vegetables. I cook them for a couple of hours,mostly evenings in week when I have time: chicken, beef or whatever I want, and then I divide them into small portions and freeze them to have during the week. I really feel that my stomach has calmed down, my whole body is much better. They are delicious, they are good for digestion and my skin and hair has renewed. Well, I wanted to share that experience. Breakouts--vitamins and dairy consumption (yogurt) can cause breakouts. In my 20s, I started taking high end vitamins to take care of myself; and I started breaking out. It took a lot to figure out what was causing it. Quitting a lot of things had no effect, but now you can look that up (effect of vitamins and break outs) now on the internet. At 54, I went vegan, and I wish I would have done that when I was young. I will be 59 next month.
