@@hellovandijk4658 Mahar is the dowry the pre-wedding gift the husband gives to his wife. The Mahar is the right of the wife upon her husband. She can ask for anything in Mahar a car, money, a ring, etc In Islam, women are considered as mercy and a gift of God. In many cultures, the bride's family has to provide a dowry for the groom's family and pay for wedding expenses. In Islam, the groom pays for dowry, wedding, and other expenses. In Islam, men are considered as caretakers and maintainers of women. If a Muslim woman is making money, she doesn't need to spend her money on her family If she does it out of her free will it is considered as charity and she'll be rewarded for it. If she's earning her money is basically hers. In Islam, men have to give their wives a monthly allowance. In Islam, women have the right to stay separately with their husbands in separate houses. It's not obligatory upon the bride to look after in-laws but if she does out of her kindness she'll be rewarded for it. The husband is responsible for taking care of his parents.
