Hey guys
So this is second part of the previous video where we discussed about he way to prepare for bank exams.
In this video we will be answering another set of questions for you all i.e. salary of bank po,work life balance,work pressure and everything else.
The pros as well as cons of becoming a bank officer.
I hope you guys get answer to all your questions and if any question is left out,feel free to comment down and ask your question.

Just after the selection it might jot be possible but after sometime yes you can ask for leave without pay

Sometimes it is hectic , sometimes it is not.. And about weekends yes you might have to go on sunday as well but that happens very rarely and moreover you can ask for complimentary off for coming on holiday depending upon how your manager is

मेरी तो सारे YOUNGSTERS से बिनती हैं की वो बैंक की नौकरी जॉईन ना करे ....और कोई भी नौकरी करलो पर बैंक की नौकरी जैसी EXPLOITATION कही भी नही होगी.. especially clerks और Scale 1 ऑफिसर का जबरदस्त शोषण हैं...ना सैलरी ना कोई benefit....बैंक मैनेजमेंट ने पुरा काम clerks और Scale 1 ऑफिसर पर धकेल दिया हैं...नौजवनौ आपकि जिंदगी बरबाद मत करो..बैंक जैसी घटीया जॉब चुनके....please dosto...ये बढी हुई सैलरी सिर्फ एक छ्लावा हैं...अस्लियत मे तो फुटी कौडी भी नही मिली हैं बैंक वालो को

@Suraj Soni.I have my masters in physics...confused btw banking vs teaching...for teaching need csir-net-PhD-PSC to get a secured job...I love teaching but I'm not very passionate about it ...what I need is a well paid secured noble job with which i can support my family.... I don't know anything about banking field ...I'm 23 now...will someone like no idea of banking field able to cope with the work life in banks in general... Can you please give an opinion. .

Bank PO is the worst job in today's scenario. I have wasted 5 years of life and still i am unable to realize how much foolish i was? Now these days bank PO is a job only respectless person can easily perform otherwise if a person has self respect can't do this bank PO job. No transfer policy, No working hours, No home posting, No self respect or respect given by higher office, No health protection rules in respect of work culture. I would say if somewhere is a hell on earth that is banking sector.

@@livinginthemoment3371 banks have very less wages package compared to staff selection commission CHSL posts try for it now. In today's scenario bank is going to be privatize one day so why choose that job which is not secure. CHSL posts are of central government and eligiblety is 12th class. Ok

@@livinginthemoment3371 look private banks give better salary but they don't support their employees. I mean to say job security they don't provide you. If u r graduate so for SSC CGL. I have also got my job through SSC CGL 2013 exam and now i m happy to my job. CGL exams have move category of government departments according to your merit you may get job in any departments. Salary package is very good in terms of in which city u posted and transfer policy is very transparent. Go for it. SSC CGL

Bhai assistant manager to PO probation khtm hote hi automatically ho jate h kuki that is the post you are doing your probation for....and promotion apki iccha h if you don't want than it's ok there are scale 1 officers working since like say 10-12 years also

SBI mein PO join krne pe 2 saal pe xam hota hai usme 70% score krne pe direct scale 2 se confirmation hota hai. 70% PO 2 saal mein scale 2 ho jate hai. kindly update. sabse fast growth SBI mein hi hota hai baki koi bank barabari nhi kr skta

Sir i am selected as a po....but sir assistant manager aur manager ko po se jyada work pressure rhta hai....so if i want that i remain as po for whole of my life ..so is it possible...or after the 2yr probation ...i will automatically become assistant manager

PO means Asst Manager under probation bro.. If u want to be in PO forever then for max u can work for only 2.6 years in a bank because even after completion of 2 years if u failed to become Asst. Manager under permanent basis then they will terminate u from job after grace period of 6 months..

Bhaiya mera questions tha ki mujhe bank po bnna hai....so i usually go banks and look the employee...to mujhe sab ek certain age group like 25+ lagte or me hu 21th graduate....to ye mindset ho jata hai ki 4 5 saal taiyaari karo to hi bank me hoga sayad....kyuki koi young nhi dhikta

It can't be assured at any point of time in banking as look you can request for transfer to any certain place but that depends upon the need of staff in that state or branch but yes if you in clerical then you can get preferred branch

आपकी वीडियो अच्छी है पर मेरा 6 साल का बैंकिंगअनुभव है। बैंक का शुरुआती सफर बहुत कड़वा पर निर्णायक होता है। वो experience बाद के सालों में बहुत काम आता है। साथ ही बैंक कोई बुरी जगह नहीं है, जब आप देखते हैं कि स्टेट गवर्मेंट के कई कर्मचारी को कम सैलरी, सुविधाओं व प्रोमोशन के लिए परेशान देखते हो। सेंट्रल गवर्मेंट जॉब के अलावा बैंक की जॉब का कोई तोड़ नहीं। पर बैंक जॉइन करने के बाद कई कोशिंशो के बाद भी कुछ 1 बंदों को छोड़के किसी का selction सेंट्रल government जॉब में नहीं हुआ।
