Greetings from Ambae island in Vanuatu. My people were ordered to leave the island due to volcanic activity. Stand strong wantoks. God never gives up on us

The situation is deteriorating and since it's part of nature we can't stop it, our responsible leaders must do something such as resettlement.

Apart from rising sea level, fish population and species are also on the decline. Fish shortage is also causing problems for islanders. See the Misery In Paradise series on my channel for more on climate issues in PNG.

My home sweet home is under threat of submerging under sea due to climate change. With every passing second of the clock goes tick tock tick tock slowly brings disaster and death nearer and nearer to my beloved people's lives! Have mercy on us!!!

Yes, truly beautiful. I'm sure these are sweet, good people who, unfortunately, live on an eroding island facing sea level change. The Earth is a dynamic planet. Continents, islands and atolls have been eroding away and covered by seas, as well as lifted above seas, for millions of years. Animals and human beings have migrated because of these changes and climate variations since time immemorial. The upset to these good folks is only the latest chapter in a long story. I hope that they will be resettled successfully and happily. The Earth, in fact the whole universe, is always changing for one reason or another.

The problem of climate change is caused by the industrial development countries and ordinary people on smaller Islands are continuing to loose their home and life styles. As Global citizens we have to act now.

That's not true at all that allegedly climate change is caused by the industrial developing countries. This is a natural process that humans have nothing to do with. By the way, it is a fact that for most of Earth's history the sea level was much higher than it is today, because the polar capes were ice-free for most of Earth's history. People can't do anything about such climate changes. Unfortunately, this misinformation is always being spread about this.
