A lot of this was news to me but the information is very important. This was a rather passionate presentation that left its mark on me. Very well done Thank you!

Treasure footage and invaluable guiding points and factors for new generations. To all the people involved in the clip and still are working for the bay. Will share and make sure first my kids knows about your work Pete.

Pete was always teaching, a true steward for both Barnegat Bay and it’s watershed.

Number 1 issue is green lawns in new jersey via pesticide and "lawn food" killed the bay.

What a shame in the fact that the bay has become so polluted. I moved with my stepdad and Mom to Point Pleasant in the very early 40's. Our house was located across the street from the Manasquan canal, and we swam almost every day in the bay and loved it. i joined the Navy in 1957 and everything was fine, but we did have a lot of people from the cities up North, and things were getting crowded. In 1967 I left the Navy and Vietnam and moved to Seattle. I enjoy watching and reading about the Jersey Coast, but this video is depressing. I hope things can get improved and people can be more responsible.

It would be incredible if they shut up the ridiculous music so I could hear him talk!

I agree. That ridiculous soundtrack is very distracting. Just let the man speak!
