Yes 2004, 2005, 2013 and all other models after.

2008-2013, 2014-2017 and 2018-2020 all all have different face sculpts. Theres a 2013 and 2014 model in this video. 2016 they changed the glasses to circle lenses glasses and not the square shaped ones anymore

Yes, but other places have sold them as well. Like theyve been at Walmart every year sense 2014. And then the old models were there from 2002 through 2005
