I make cheese curds. Takes a long time but it is so good!
The same chicken as before is sick again with an inbound egg.
The branches and trees I've previously cut around the house fire perimeter, must be taken out of the forest in preparation for the chipping part.
It surprisingly was a lot more physical than expected or hoped.
While doing this, I share with you the ghost stories of my childhood.
We go back to square one with Raven as he licked himself again. I understand the severity of the situation but I cannot see how it's going to end. It was his second birthday too!
I set up the solar string lights on the greenhouse.
I've never seen a butt look so bad! It's not looking good for our chicken, she's in a rough shape.
Greg and Katie from @thisofgridlife will be visiting next week!
I do the fascia and soffit on the front wall of the shop.
Thank you for watching!

_______________
I purchased a camera in early 2003 and from then on, kept a regular video diary.
It is with Heart Wide Open, that I share my add-ventures on my journey in Life.
Every week I upload alternatively a video from the past (starting in 2003 while teaching English in Seoul, South Korea) and one from 6 months ago where I live off-grid, in the middle of nowhere, with the love of my life and our animals.
In the recent videos (episodes), you will see me learn to build, pretty much by myself, projects such as a root cellar, a passive solar greenhouse to grow food year round, a shop/garage with a mezzanine and tackle the daily challenges of living so remotely.
In the videos of the past, you will see the path which led me from teaching English in Korea to my current lifestyle. From the Freedom 35 project to Living in Slovakia, from marriage to divorce, you will witness my unique journey which has shaped me into who I am now.
Hope you enjoy!
