Kev's hair looks really good! Also, Miki, when I was your age, I started noticing random food aversions, fatigue, etc. I tracked them and realized they were related to my monthly cycle. I don't know that they were actually changes or if these symptoms were just more evident as I began to settle into "adult" life. If you think about the last 5 years, you went from student, to fresh grad/new nurse, to pandemic life/quarantine, and a relationship, then moving. The routine of your life may just finally be consistent enough for you to really notice certain types of changes.

I have had the same issue in recent days - I don't enjoy eating the same things that I normally do. And I got the same exact responses at work "you're pregnant" and "you have COVID" which neither are true. But it's been really weird! Didn't think about it being seasonal depression until you mentioned something, and honestly might be true?! Lol. Love your channel!

I’ve been feeling pretty gloomy these days too. I am not really sure what can help. I recently did my nails for the first time and that has made me super happy. So maybe try treating yourself out to something nice.

I feel that way totally. Until actually resting, and taking it easy a while, it does not really go away. I tested negative for Covid too - so many times. Feel like i have the tiredness but not the time off 😅 Maybe be just seasonal SAD stuff like you say
