After a month of UVB light therapy I have to do a regular dermatologist appointment and during this appointment I heard some conflicting news than I heard before I also accidentally told my boss that the Christmas gift I received from him at our white elephant party was trash and then later I’m celebrating Christmas over drinks and partying with my girls and Santa’s Christmas Bar and then another day of celebrating Christmas at work at our Holiday Christmas Party ! come join

I started eating baked chicken Brussels sprouts and baked salmon. I quit eating sugar, milk, and fried foods and started eating coconut oil and mine has reversed it's self

Yes, eating a daily teaspoon of coconut oil helped a lot with skin issues. I would even cut out all animal and animal products because of worms and mercury.. Don't eat anything with a face or that came from anything with a face. I also cut out wheat and any gluten products.

No I didn’t lol but girl just wash your face every morning and night and use ambi fade cream the dark spots it’s amazing

@@KaylynIvy I just started using ambi fade cream and for me it only took one week for it to work ! Also ambi exfoliating wash is good I haven't used it in a very long time though.

I recommend Patrick Delves 21 day mucusless diet, but you have to be real disciplined to go all the way with it i.e. I had all my skin on my hands repair and couldn't hold anything. I would look into his videos on DETOX and his Facebook site which give a lot of knowledge on women's issues... Remember food is your medicine, I hope this helps

Have you thought about giving up dairy? You may have a sensitivity to dairy. I told a coworker about this, and her breakouts went away and scars about six months.

Have you tried Eucerin? Hydrocortisone? I know your skin issue isn’t eczema related but that helps me with itching, and discoloration. Also have you tried basic home remedies? Lol. Like maybe some good cocoa butter or olive oil? 🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️ Idk, sometimes the simplest things have better results.

Yes I’ve tried them all and they didn’t work . This is more of an internal problem with my cells than it is external

KAYLYN IVY let me tell you that African black soap (100% natural) and a coconut and vitamin e oil on damp skin after will clear that problem up fo you! I had loads of scars on my legs and chest but after 4 months 95% of them has GONE ! I suggest using the cocoa care oil
