Chaos Fighter can be used for both Area Operations and Federation Operations. Fearless Warrior is better for death high / solo PVE.

chaos fighter adds you yourselft as a player. so including yourself plus 3 others that makes it four. so in Area operations with just 4 member(Including yourself) you can get the full effect of chaos fighter

yup my bad I forgot to update it. 😅 thanks for pointing it out So Chaos can be used for both rebuild and FO. Fearless Warrior is better for death high / solo PVE.

Btw chaos fighter only adds extra dmg bonus is pvp not pve but in pve it will gives you the dmg bonus since only you are in combat

fearless worrior 1 star give 10% dmg bonus already , and for high pve like fed op you changed it with chaos cause you said more people around so you get 8% dmg bonus ? seriously ? XDDD the belt you recommanded is not good enought you still can get way more dmg .

the reason why i did not put fearless warrior for fed op because the fearless warrior chip *reduces your damage reduction by 8%*. High level fed op if you can tank then sure you can use the fearless warrior instead. My chip setting is just the general rare (purple) + common (blue) chips on their own without level up for people who are unsure what to put. Also, it depends on your own character attributes + what chip you upgraded makes it better for ur character.
