@Meesh100, it is very difficult to be vulnerable with others. I think as we open up a little, it becomes easier. It does require some risk on our part to begin. It helps if we find a safe and welcoming community to start with. Have you looked to see if a life group may meet near your location or if you can find a life group online. I haven't watched the video yet but your comment is so interesting. The last part especially. It's something I think of often - if I don't have a community or feel lonely, I can go and provide that to others who are feeling it too..to be a solution to the ailment so to speak.

He sees our feelings and He weeps with us. He cares for us. He loves us so dearly. And I hope you know that God sees the loneliness that you are feeling right now, and that He doesn’t invalidate it. 0:15: 🌍 The world needs to change and believers have the hope to make it happen. 7:01: 🌍 God created humans to live in community and spread His love throughout the world. 10:06: 🙌 Jesus calls us to love and know people to change lives and spread the Gospel. 15:49: 🌍 The plan to change the world is to mobilize people to love others, but there are barriers and lies that prevent us from doing so. 21:12: 💔 The speaker discusses the challenges of living out the biblical command to love and forgive one another, emphasizing the messiness and difficulty of relationships. 26:31: 😊 The speaker emphasizes the importance of finding and building relationships with others, and encourages the audience to take the initiative in connecting with people. 31:49: ✝ God created us because He loved us and wants a relationship with us, but sin separates us. This is something I struggle with very strongly. I don't feel like I belong in the "community" I'm in. I feel unwanted and like mainly, people don't want to get to know me. I feel like I was supposed to be a community kid - but I haven't really made deep connections where I can be myself and where ppl (who I vibe with) want to meet with me outside of the church building, who want to actually _know_ me. Intimacy. It's so depressing being generally sociable and "loving" yet having no one to be in loving, sincere, authentic fellowship/relationship where there is mutual desire. It is literally so lonely.

Loneliness is something which I've been struggling with for the past 3 years, listening to her words today gave me abit of comfort as well as hope for a future where I won't suffer from this. People keep saying "you'll get better soon" and I can only hope that we will.

I need more of God's people, but more than that I need courage and desire. The fear of trusting people and fear of intimacy w people is paralyzing. I pray God gives me courage and the willingness to be hurt from trusting people again....

I tried to talk to my only friend when I was having a very bad day, but she told me to speak with a psychiatrist... even though I've listened to her and tried to help when she needed someone to talk to. It’s hard to trust people to be there for you.

Somi I've been in those moments when it's extremely hard to build trust in others when you feel like they've failed you. I was once a broken, messed up but God has shown me my value , and who I am in him. I've learned to press into him and talk to him. He will put people in your life that will make a impact. Stop being a luke warm christian, I profess the word of God to my neighbors and none of them will talk to me. I called the church I have been going to recently to reach out about men's Bible studies and told them about my concerns of the direction the church is going and was told the conversation is over and the "religious director" hung up on me. The devil has entered the church and evil is inside. Put your Faith in Jesus and not in man.

You're not alone. I feel the same as you. It's so heartbreaking to want God and His ways and not be able to find many others who want the same. I feel a lot closer to people (Christians) on the internet whom I've never met than those "closest" to me in person. It's depressing, frustrating, and discouraging. Grateful for online ministries and other believers out there.

Sometimes, church going people are the loneliest. Reason being is 2 possibilities: one too much social media surfing and comparing other people's lives. Two your own behaviors are getting in the way. I won't go into detail about my life or current situation but I made a choice awhile ago to be alone for quite some time till I figure things out. Within the next year tho I'm making plans to disappear and start things over with my life and stay out of other churches business. As long as I stay in tuned with Christ I'll be fine. Appreciate prayers

Sometime some of the people don't have much choice. Especially those who sufferered and had reached their limit. And 1 last thing, this world we are living belong to the devil. Satan rules the Earth. Judgment day people! I hope that day will come soon! So my suffering can end.

@Bill Ashby, primarily because we as humans are not perfect, and sometimes we perceive Jesus/God as being unfair or we have trouble trusting him with our lives or circumstances. It could be because of past things that have happened to us, or it could be because we don't have a whole view of who he is or what he's like. God bless you today. -- Jenni
